How can I track the status of my return?

Tracking Your Return

If you initiated your return via our Returns Center, you can track your package at any time through this portal.

- Simply login with the email address used to place the order as well as the order number that was returned. If you do not have your order number, please select the box marked "I don't remember my Order ID".

- Once this is completed, you will be able to review the list of items you returned. Click on any item and you will see the most up-to-date status of your return tracking.

If you returned your merchandise using one of our prepaid return labels and have your label's tracking number, you can track your package here.

Please visit our Return Policy for any additional questions you may have.

Note: It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
